$BRN move well but for a REAL reason, with a press release…

Ok, it’s fur to see how small shareholders are able to kick asses of big hedge fund but it’s also fun to get some nice move for something real..
They announce than they find an agreement to end potential proxy contest. By experience it’s never good to be in a battle of proxy.
